1998　In Jun, Chenyang awarded “China Environmental Labelling Product Certification”; and successfully developed a series of interior wall acrylic latex paint in Dec.

1999　In Jan, Chenyang Group awarded ISO9001 International Quality System Certification. In Mar, interior wall latex paint went on sale and began to trial sale. In December, Chenyang and its trademark had been supposed as “Famous brand of Hebei province”. So far it has been identified for four years in succession. In December, we developed exterior wall latex paint series and pushed these products onto the market.

2000　In Mar, Chenyang Group developed waterborne alkyd resin successfully and laid the foundation for opening up waterborne industrial paint market.

2001　In Jan, China began to bid for the Olympic Games. The outer wall's whitewashing projects had been started in all parts of Beijing. Our company contracted part of the project, and made its due contribution for beautification, harmony and comfortable surroundings.

2002　In Mar, we opened up wickerwork market in Shandong Province. So far more than 90% wickerwork products exited from Shandong to Europe and America used our waterborne wickerwork paint. Chenyang has the largest market share.

2003　In Jan, Chenyang won the honorary title “It was a civilian goods producing company in Hebei, whose quality and after service were satisfied in 2002 annual”

2004　Chenyang water paint with its great original technique successfully moulded Laiyuan, Mancheng, Xushui County as ecological and civilized examples in ecological civilization construction activities.

2005　In Jan, Chenyang was recognized as “Observe contract and credit company in 2004 annual”. In Jul, Hebei Chenyang Group Co., Ltd. had been changed its name for Hebei Chenyang Industrial & Trade Group Co., Ltd. In Jul, in order to stamp out pollution of little ads in urban areas, resolve big chronics and stubborn diseases of the cities all over the world, Chenyang led the way in presenting anti-graffiti paint. Beacause of the high content of science and technology and its denseness as good as glass, the paint beautified the streets and impeded the breeding of small ads. Almost at the same time, we successfully developed the waterborne specific cleaner, which can lightly wipe out the small ads in hard walls such as granite, marble, tile and aluminum composite panel, etc. We had solved one after another problem in the course of national urban beautification. In efforts of all the people of Chenyang Company, the stubborn disease which is a headache for national urban had been overcome at one hundred per cent.

2006　In Apr, series products of Chenyang had passed the EU SGS Environmental Testing and Certification. In Dec, in the fierce competition of tens thousands of coating companies, Chenyang depended on good reputation, quality products and perfect after service showing itself and became a paint supplier for Olympic city beautification works. It played a leading role for the development of Chenyang and it was a chance like this only once in a blue moon.

2007 　In order to greet the spectacular adventure, that the twenty ninth Olympic Games would be held in Beijing, achieve the think of green Olympics, and demonstrate the magnificent vigor of one world one dream, cosmetic treatments were held in Beijing. We felt that this was an opportunity that might not come again for many years. So we kept the opportunity firmly in hand without wasting time and advanced at the height of one's official career. The coating cosmetic treatments of Chenyang began with projects in the Changan Street, the People's Great Hall, Beijing East Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Bureau of Government Offices Administration under the State Council，forces and railways, etc.

In Mar, our company was regarded as “Top 100 brand materials supplier of excellent project of state”.
In Aug, Chenyang latex paint was named as “Eighth Consumer Credit products in Hebei Province”.
In Sep, Chenyang was elected as “The 6th unit of China Coatings Industry Association Council” and the products through the Germany TUV Environmental Testing and Certification. In Dec, Chenyang was named as “Top 10 in waterborne paint of China” and “Top 500 Chinese quality companies”.

2008 　Chenyang arranged in many projects of greening and beautifying the Olympic city as well as becoming thought unparalleled and effect of brand had been promoted. In May, Chenyang through the GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification; In Aug, in “the changing a great deal in three years” landscape comprehensive improvement of Hebei Province, our company was regarded as demonstration and promotion unit in “the changing a great deal in three years” outer wall's whitewashing projects. Our company contracted some of landscape comprehensive improvement projects such as the eastbound district, the flyover zone, Yuhua district, Xinhua district, Gaokai district, and Changan district. Chenyang contributed much to “the changing a great deal in three years” project of Hebei Province, people's well-being, embellishment of the city. Chenyang received high praise from the leadership of provincial and municipal.

In Nov, Chenyang technology center was named as “Enterprise Technology Center of Hebei Province”, and the materials supplied for Olympic environmental control won “the best performance of quality”.
In Dec, Chenyang was awarded “Advanced enterprise in quality and efficiency of Hebei Province” and “Intellectual Property Advantage cultivation unit of Hebei Province”.

2009 　In Mar, Chenyang was named as “AA enterprise credit rating unit”. In Apr, we invested water paint with a capacity of 35, 000 ton per year and new building energy conservation coatings with a capacity of 2, 000 ton per year, which were invested 0.31 and 0.26 billion yuan respectively. Making the industrial standards and national standards of water-based wickerwork coatings led by China Coatings Industry Association and Chenyang exclusively.
