Waterborne alkyd antirust paint

Characteristics:

Introduction:

Refined by modified water-based resin, pigments, functional fillers, special additives, diluted with water, VOC content is lower than the relevant national standards. Easy to construct, fast drying, hard coating film, excellent rust resistance, good protection to the substrate.

Application:

Used as coating in industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing, hardware, household appliances, etc.

Construction process:

• Brushing, spraying or dipping paint, diluted with proper water, do not add water excessively.
• The surface of being painted should be cleaned，do not have oil spots, floating dust and rust.
• When painted, if there is a drying line, the film can be dried below 90 ℃ in order to speed up the drying, and the leveling time is no less than 15 minutes, the drying time is no less than 25 minutes;
• Before painting the second coat, the first coat should dry out, The time between the first and second coat must be over 24h.
• Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening.

Attention:

• Diluted with water, avoid the pH is acid, when dilute, follow the principle of a small amount several times;
• The leftover paint should be stored separately, maintain pH 7.5-8.5 when reuse; 3. Do not construct when the temperature below 5 ℃ or humidity above 85%.

Storage and transportation:Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid cold, sun exposure and rain when transporting.
