Waterborne acrylic antirust paint

Characteristics:

a. Safety, environmental friendly, fast-drying;
b. Excellent rust resistance, good adhesion, good water resistance.

Introduction:

Refined by special water-based resin, pigments and fillers, functional additives, etc. High hardness, water resistance, and rust resistance. Good adhesion to different metal substrates.

Application:

Used as coating in industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing, hardware, etc.

Technical parameters:

Construction process:

• Dipping, brushing, or spraying paint,stirred uniformly before use, if the viscosity is high, diluted with proper water, do not add water more than 20%, and stirred uniformly;
• When be one coat paint, the surface of being painted should be cleaned away oil spots, dust and rust. Scratch putty when necessary, after drying, polish to make the film flat;
• The film can dry itself or be dried at low temperature. If dries itself, the minimum temperature is not below 10℃, and the value of humidity is under 75%. If it is dried, the leveling time is above 15 minutes at room temperature, minimum 25 minutes at 60℃;
• Before painting the second coating, the first coating should dry out;
• Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening. The remaining paint should be sealed, if dry skin, affect the use, filter with 100 mesh screen before use.

Storage and transportation:

Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid frozen when transporting.
