Waterborne inorganic nano-zinc-rich primer

Characteristics:

Introduction:

two-component, made from inorganic silicate nano-modified resin composite, high performance zinc powder, functional additives and water, the coating has a high resistance to salt spray, the advanced technical level equals to the same kind products overseas.

Application:

Used in all kinds of heavy-duty metal primer, such as underground pipeline, transmission tower, marine steel structure, bridge, etc. also can be used as zinc-rich primer of workshop.

Construction process:

• Spraying or brushing paint, mix the two components A and B before use, and stirred uniformly. If the viscosity of the original paint is high, diluted with water, the water addition not exceeds 10%, stirring to ensure the paint uniform;
• The surface of being painted should be cleaned away oil spots, dust and rust.
• The film can dry itself or be dried at low temperature. If dries itself, the minimum temperature is not below 10℃, and the value of humidity is under 75%. If it is dried, the leveling time is above 15 minutes at room temperature, minimum 25 minutes at 60℃.
• Before painting the second coat, the first coat should dry out.
• Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening.

Storage and transportation:

Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid cold, sun exposure and rain when transporting.
