Waterborne acrylic anticorrosive paint

Characteristics:

a. Environmental friendly, high hardness;
b. Good hiding power, non-flammable.

Introduction:

Refined by water-based resin, pigments, functional fillers, special additives, diluted with water, VOC content is lower than the relevant national standards. Easy to construct, fast drying, hard film. Good protection to the substrate.

Application:

Used in metal antirust coating, such as automotive chassis, motorcycles, spraying parts and steel structure of different plant, indoor and outdoor mechanical equipment.

Technical parameters:

Construction process:

• Brushing, spraying or dipping paint, dilute with proper water, do not add water excessively;
• The surface of being painted should be cleaned, do not have oil spots, floating dust and rust;
• When coating, if there is a drying line, the film can be dried below 90℃ in order to speed up the drying, and the leveling time is no less than 15 minutes, the drying time is no less than 25 minutes;
• Before painting the second coat, the first coat should dry out, the time between the first and second coat must be over 24h. Spray finish after the primer is dry, the drying time will be extended;
• Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening.

Attention:

• Diluted with water, avoid the pH is acid, when dilute, follow the principle of a small amount several times;
• The remaining paint should be stored separately;
• Not construction when the temperature below 5 ℃ or humidity above 85%.

Storage and transportation:

Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid cold, sun exposure and rain when transporting.
