Waterborne polyurethane decorative paint (Two-component)

Characteristics:
a. Safety, environmental friendly;
b. Fast-drying, high hardness, good adhesion;
c. Film fullness.
Introduction:Refined by imported water-based resin, pigments and fillers, functional additives, etc.
Application:
Used as surface coating in automotive chassis, motorcycles, machine parts and steel, and indoor and outdoor machinery and equipment.
Construction process:
- Brushing or spraying paint, mix the two components A and B in proportion with 5:1 and stirred uniformly before use, if the viscosity is high, diluted with proper water, do not add water more than 10%, and stirred uniformly.
- Pot life:5h.
- The surface should be coated with primer.
- The film can dry itself or be dried at low temperature. If dries itself, the minimum temperature is not below 10℃, and the value of humidity is under 75%. If it is dried, the leveling time is above 15 minutes at room temperature, minimum 25 minutes at 60℃.
- Before painting the second coating, the first coating should dry out.
- Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening.

Storage and transportation:
Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid frozen when transporting.
