Waterborne finish for interior of cabin

Characteristics:
a. Safety, environmental friendly;

Introduction:
Refined by water-based epoxy resin, epoxy curing agent, pigments and fillers, functional additives, etc. Good mechanical strength, water resistance, and rust resistance. Good adhesion to different metal substrates.
Application:
Used in finish for interior of cabin.
Construction process:
- The surface of being painted should be cleaned away oil spots, dust and rust.
- Match with shop primer, brushing or spraying, diluted with proper water, do not add water excessively.
- Mix the two components A and B in proportion with 100:13 before use, and stirred uniformly, and construct after 15 minutes. Pot life: 6 h.
- Do not mix with other products or organic solvents. Wash all tools with water immediately after painting to avoid hardening.
- When the temperature and humidity are high, we should prolong the the time to stack to prevent adhesion and indentation.

Storage and transportation:
Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid frozen when transporting.
