CY-501 resin

Characteristics:

a. Well stability, pigments and fillers can be added directly to grind;
b. Fast-drying, high hardness, good adhesion, excellent water resistance;
c. Excellent rust resistance;
d. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-pollution, non-modification store in low temperature.

Main composition:

Made from polybasic acid, polyol and vegetable oil acid by esterification-polycondensation process.

Features:

• Diluted with water, or alcohol, ether ester, well stability, pigments and fillers can be added directly to grind;
• Fast-drying, rapid to high hardness, form cross-linked coating by oxidative drying, and the film is dense;
• Good mechanical and physical properties, high hardness, good adhesion, excellent water resistance;
• The waterborne resin has excellent rust resistance, excellent decorative and protective performance;
• Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-pollution, non-modification store in low temperature.

Applications:

• Waterborne anti-rust paint, waterborne dipping, spraying coatings;
• Waterborne primer, waterborne amino baking paint;
• Waterborne one coat paint;
• For metal surface protection;
• Used in oil tank, automobile, train, chemical, machinery, hardware, etc.

Use:

The resin and paint must be preserved in alkalescent condition. Use Triethylamine or ammonia adjust pH value, this will not cause any impact to post use.

CY-501 waterborne resin should dilute with distilled or deionized water, take tare the pH value, acidic or impurity ions in the water will destroy the stability of the system.

CY-501 waterborne resin has good compatibility with various pigments, fillers and cosolvent, difficult to precipitate layer.

Storage:

This product is non-dangerous goods, according to general cargo transportation.

Store in 0-35℃, effective storage period is one year.

Package:20kg/drum or 200kg/drum.
