Characteristics:
a. Can be constructed at 0℃, form excellent film at -15℃;
b. Smooth and fine film;
c. Good adhesion, waterproof, anti-mildew and flexible.
Introduction:
Refined by frost resistance water-based acrylic resin, imported pigments and additives, functional fillers, etc. It is high quality, healthy and environmental friendly paint, and awarded “China Environmental Labelling Product Certification”. Common exterior latex paint can’t be constructed when the temperature is lower than -8℃. Because of the cold weather, latex paint can’t form film, powdering, cracking up and falling off easily, and seriously affect the quality of construction. In order to settle up the difficulty that can’t be constructed in cold winter, Chenyang has developed a waterborne paint that can be constructed at -15℃. Not only speed up the construction speed but also ensures the construction quality, and the flim has good adhesion and no crack.

Color: According to color cards, and also can be prepared in accordance with the color of customer provided.

Methods: Brushing, rollering or spraying.
Consumption: Theoretical value 8 m2/L (Dry film thickness is 40 µm).
Surface Treatment: The surface should clean, dry, secure, flat and smooth.
Paint mixing: Do not need to dilute with water generally.
Drying time: Surface drying time is 1 h.
Construction Temperature: Above -15℃.
Recoating time: At least 2 h.
Completely cured time: About 15 d in winter and the curing time should be suitably prolonged in wet weather.
Storage:This product should be in a cool dry place 5-35 ℃ airtight seal.

Attention:When using it, we should avoid carelessly splashing into eyes, nose, mouth, or directly contact with sensitive skin. Avoid cold and sun exposure when transporting.
