Characteristics:
a. Fast-drying;
b. Good mechanical strength;
c. Excellent anticorrosive resistance, thick-painted performance, one spraying can up to 60 µm or more;
d.Good adhesion.
Introduction:
Waterborne high build alkyd primer is recognized by the U.S. ASTM Standards, and accord with the waterborne coating standard promulgated by .the Ministry of Railways. Refined by modified water-based resin, pigments and fillers, driers, special additives and water.
Application:
Used in light industry, wood, vehicles, ships, bridges, construction and other industries.

Coating method:
High pressure airless spraying, or air spraying.
Direction for use:
- Stirred uniformly before use, in general case, do not need mix with other materials, if the viscosity is high and difficult to construct, added a small amount of water properly, stirred well before construct;
- The coating material should be degreasing, derusting, decontaminating and other treatments in accordance with national standards or industry standards before coating;
- Maintain pH 7.5-8.5;
- Do not construct when high humidity or rainy days.
Storage and transportation:
Storage time: 6 months. Store in a cool well-ventilated place, avoid sunlight, and 5℃-35℃; Avoid cold, sun exposure and rain when transporting.
